Prepare your kid for any challenge with our Kids BJJ classes in Zürich. In a relaxed, playful and fun environment they will learn the techniques of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, improve their fundamental movement skills and socialize with other kids.
Our classes are taught in German but our coaches also speak English.

FUNdamentals
The main objective for this class is fun. With the help of a variety of games, coordination drills and BJJ basics we keep the kids focused, engaged and happy.

Advanced
With our more experienced kids we put more focus on techniques and there is more sparring in these classes. We still include a lot of BJJ games to keep the classes fun and engaging.

The classes are with a gi (uniform). We provide a loaner gi for the trial classes. If you decide to enroll your child, a gi is included in our intro package.
